12-Month Breakdown Cover

12-Month Breakdown Cover is an optional service provided and funded by GrillBrush for the GrillBrusher purchased with this cover.

When cover starts

Cover starts on the date you receive your GrillBrusher and lasts for 12 months. It runs alongside any existing warranty and legal guarantee; it does not add a year after those periods end.

What is covered

If the product develops a mechanical or electrical breakdown during normal use within those 12 months, GrillBrush will arrange and pay for a repair or replacement, including necessary return and replacement shipping. This service also covers qualifying breakdowns that develop after delivery, even where they are not caused by a defect that existed at delivery.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, use on a hot grill, failure to follow the supplied instructions, or unauthorised modifications is not covered. Normal wear of replaceable cleaning heads and purely cosmetic wear are not breakdowns.

How to request service

Email grillbrushshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the fault. If helpful and safe to provide, include photos or a short video. Stop using a faulty product. Contact us before returning it so we can provide return instructions and arrange covered shipping.

Your free legal rights remain unchanged

This is optional. You do not need to buy this cover to use your statutory rights for faulty goods. In the EU, the legal guarantee is at least two years and is free of charge. A claim already covered by your legal rights will be handled under those rights, without requiring this paid service. This 12-month service does not extend or replace that legal guarantee or limit any longer protection that applies.

Buy one cover per GrillBrusher in the same order. This service covers breakdowns of the product; it does not provide personal injury or other liability insurance. Your applicable cancellation rights remain unchanged.
